Psalm 17:1-5
“You have tested my heart; you have visited me in the night; you have tried me and found nothing.” When we live righteously, our prayers are easier. Faith comes easier. You see, the devil is called the accuser f the brethren. He tries to keep us from praying and pouring our hearts to God by bombarding us with our past sins. Guilt can overwhelm us and make us feel unworthy to pray. And we can spend time trying to overcome the guilt or we can live righteously. When we live right, we empty the devil’s ammunition. Prayer can be hard when we are heavy laden with sin, but it doesn’t have to be. David could pour out his hear to God because he was right with God. We can be right with God as well.
Welcome To Life Guide Devotional
Hey, Welcome to the devotional section of our website. God called everyone to have a personal relationship with Him and that involves reading the bible everyday, figuring God’s plan for your lives. But many times, we don’t know what to read. The bible is so big, it’s hard to find something to read and meditate on. That’s where I come in. My goal is to help other teenagers find scriptures they can read and messages they can meditate on. Life Guide Devotional breaks down the message of the bible and relates it to regular circumstances. So please, study the Word of God with me as we grow together.
